علق (استقر على)

عَلِقَ (اِستقَرّ على)‏ \ rest: to lie, or cause to lie: Clouds rested on the hills. \ عَلِقَ بِـ \ catch (caught): to become (or cause to become) unable to move, by chance: Her dress caught on a nail and was badly torn.
